Q: Is there assigned seating at the performance?
A: No, seating is by general admission. The doors to the show will not open until a half hour before Showtime. The lobby will be open approximately 1.5 hours before show time and people do start to line up for entry to the auditorium.
Q: Can I reserve tickets for a performance over the phone?
A: We cannot reserve tickets without payment. Ticket Order forms are found online and can be dropped off or mailed to the Parish Center. Or you can purchase tickets online
Q: Can I use a credit card to pay for my ticket?
A: We can only accept credit cards through our online ticketing option. There is a small fee associated with purchasing through this venue.
Q: I ordered tickets from the Parish Center or by mail when will they arrive?
A: We generally do not mail tickets - they are held at the Box Office in Will Call. All tickets can be picked up at the "Will Call" Box Office in the lobby of the theater approximately 1.5 hours before curtain the day of the performance.
However, if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your order, and time permits, we will mail tickets to you.
Q: Does my small child need a ticket to get into the performance?
A: Yes, all persons 2 or over must have a ticket. Children who are under 2 and will not use a seat of their own do not need a ticket. All persons regardless of age must have a ticket if they will be sitting in a seat.

A: The performance will be in the Auditorium at Sacred Heart School in Glyndon, MD.
Q: Is this performance appropriate for my small child?
A: The show itself is appropriate for audiences 8 years or older. The show is approximately 2 hours long and there will be a 15 minute intermission. You need to determine if your child can sit for that long a period. All children, 2 and above, or anyone using a seat regardless of age, require a ticket.
