A: Tickets orders submitted far enough in advance and with a self-addressed, stamped envelope for delivery of the purchased tickets will be filled and mailed back within a week of receipt.  Note:  Ticket orders are picked up Tues, Thurs and Sundays.  Please keep in mind mailing time.   Orders which we feel may not reach your home before the performance will be held at the Will Call Box Office.

                    A: We generally do not mail tickets – they are held at the Box Office in Will Call.  All tickets can be picked up at the “Will Call” Box Office in the lobby of the theater approximately 1.5 hours before curtain the day of the performance.

However, if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your order, and time permits, we will mail tickets to you

 

 

                    A: We can only accept credit cards through our online ticketing option.  There is a small fee associated with purchasing through this venue.

A: We cannot reserve tickets without payment. Ticket Order forms are found online and can be dropped off or mailed to the Parish Center.  Or you can purchase tickets online

Q:    Can I reserve tickets for a performance over the phone?

           A: No, All tickets sales are final.

Q: Can I return my tickets for a refund if I decide not to attend the performance?

           A: The performance will be in the Auditorium at Sacred Heart School in Glyndon, MD.

Q: Where will the Performance be held?

           A: The show itself is appropriate for audiences of all ages.  The show is approximately 2 hours long and there will be a 15 minute intermission.  You need to determine if your child can sit for that long a period.  All children, 2 and above, or anyone using a seat regardless of age, require a ticket.

Q: Is this performance appropriate for my small child?

           A: The show is approximately 2 hours presented in two acts with a 15 minute intermission.
